Help us understand the issue

When you email us, please include:

A description of what happened and what you expected.
Your device model and platform (iOS or Android).
The app version you’re using.
The steps that led to the issue and any error message you saw.

Never send your password or verification codes.

Common help topics

Trouble signing in

Check that you’re using the email address or phone number associated with your account. If a code doesn’t arrive or sign-in still fails, email us with the sign-in method you used and any error message.

Correct a business listing

Found an outdated address, incorrect hours, or another detail that needs attention? Email us the business name, location, and the correction you’d like us to review. Include the business website or other supporting information if available.

Report an issue or share feedback

For an app problem, concerning content, or a feature suggestion, email us with the details. If it relates to a listing or review, include the business name and location so we can find it.

Delete your account

Visit our Delete account page to review what is removed and verify your identity before deletion. If you need help completing the process, email support.
